English Oak with Bronze Epoxy Kintsugi

This piece of English Oak (quercus robur) developed quite a few spiral cracks as it dryed, they have been filled with bronze epoxy 'Kintsugi'.
The Red Poplar burr lid has has the usual 12tpi handcut thread and corresponding English Cherry collar.

It measures 275mm H x 165mm D with a capacity of 3.2ltrs
